Terms of service, cTrader signals
Last updated 17 May 2026. Plain English version covering the tgsignals cTrader signals and cTrader auto trading service. If a court ever needs the legalese version, contact us and we'll deliver one, until then this is the contract.
What this cTrader signals service is
tgsignals.com (operated by Marco Messina, sole proprietor in Italy) provides a cTrader automated trading signal tool: a software service that broadcasts pre-computed trading signals from an algorithm and auto-executes them on your own cTrader broker account via the cTrader Open API (direct, secure OAuth — you never share your password).
This service is a tool, not investment advice. We do not manage your funds, do not provide personalized recommendations, do not act as a financial advisor or broker.
What you get when you subscribe
- Access to the algorithm's trading signals for the subscribed asset(s).
- Automated execution of those signals on your own cTrader broker account via the cTrader Open API (secure OAuth), sized at the platform-fixed 0.5% risk per trade.
- Stop-loss and take-profit orders attached to every position on the broker side, so the worst-case loss on any single trade is bounded.
- Real-time Telegram notifications for every open and close on your account.
- Public audit channel access (@tgsignals_preview) showing every signal before it hits your account.
What you DO NOT get
- Guaranteed returns. Trading carries risk of loss. Past performance is not predictive. We don't promise you'll make money.
- Financial advice. Signals are software output, not recommendations tailored to your situation.
- Capital protection. Your broker account is your responsibility. We don't compensate losses.
- 24/7 trading. The algorithm trades only the LDN and NY sessions. Weekends, holidays, and off-hours = no signals.
- Customization. The risk percentage is fixed platform-wide. The asset list (Flagship) is determined by the rolling track record, not by individual subscriber preference.
Your responsibilities
- Open and fund your own cTrader broker account. Comply with your broker's terms and with your local laws (CFD trading is restricted in some jurisdictions).
- Only deposit money you can afford to lose. Trading involves substantial risk. See our risks page for the full breakdown.
- Connect your cTrader account through the secure OAuth flow in the bot (one click, log in to cTrader, authorize tgsignals). You never share your password and money never leaves your broker. Keep the authorization active so signals can execute; revoking it in cTrader stops auto-execution.
- Keep your subscription payment current. Cancellation stops signals at the end of the paid period; failed payment puts the subscription in past_due and signals stop until renewed.
- Don't share your license key. It's bound to your Telegram ID, sharing it doesn't give a second account access, but if abuse is detected we may rotate the key with notice.
Payment, refunds, and cancellation
Pricing: 4-tier ladder. $1 for the first 7 days (trial, full Flagship access). After trial, pick a recurring tier: $49/mo Starter (3 assets), $129/mo Growth (6 assets), $249/mo Flagship (all 13 assets), or $1,999/yr Flagship Annual (save 33% vs monthly). All prices in USD; card charged the USD equivalent at Stripe's daily rate.
Cancellation: from your Stripe customer portal (link in your bot DM) at any time. Subscription continues through the end of the paid period, then stops. No cancellation fee.
Refunds: full refund within 14 days if no algorithm-executed trade has been placed on your broker account yet. Once a signal has been executed automatically on your account, the subscription is non-refundable for that period (you can still cancel future renewals). Disputes are handled per Stripe's dispute process.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tgsignals and Marco Messina are not liable for:
- Trading losses on your broker account, regardless of cause
- Broker insolvency, regulatory action against your broker, or your broker's refusal to execute trades
- Network or third-party outages (Stripe, the cTrader Open API, Telegram, Cloudflare, your broker) that delay or prevent signal delivery
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this service
Maximum aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination by us
We may terminate your subscription, with a refund of the unused portion of the current period, if:
- You repeatedly revoke or break the cTrader OAuth authorization in a way that prevents the service from functioning
- You share your license key with third parties for resale
- You chargeback a payment without first attempting to contact us
- You're in a jurisdiction where this service violates local law
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes that can't be resolved by direct discussion (DM @webmasteraccount first, we'll respond within 7 days) are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bari, Italy.
EU consumers retain all rights under EU consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be DM'd to active subscribers + announced on the homepage. Continuing to use the service after a material change constitutes acceptance. If you don't accept the change, cancel within the notice period and request a pro-rata refund.
